| Welcome to my page which I have just set up, there will soon be lots of alternative information right here so those of you who are sufffering with poor health can draw from my experiences of trying to cure my many health issues that came along when I got ill. There are so many things we can do these days to stay healthy so he's my top 5 recommendations that you can implement today: 1) Drink more water - this is the easiest one to do but perhaps your just not getting enough, the body really needs water to help detox and keep your organs running smooth so up your water in take, personally I love bottled water. 2) Eat more fruit and veggies - this is critical, they contain vital vitamins and minerals and in general are what you need to keep disease at bay, try to aim for organic and get them as fresh as you can. 3) Take supplements - for those of you who are on restricted diets then why not take vitamin supplements? They are a great way to stay healthy without needing to buy expensive food. 4) Get more exercise - your body needs massive intakes of oxygen so the more exericse you can do the better you will feel, however don't take this to the extreme and start doing 7 days a week at the gym. 5) Stress less - find ways to let out your every stress that builds up, stress can wreck your immune system and generally creates pathways for disease to get in, find an outlet and do it every day. | |
